RN, primarily working with clinical technology. Had a good career in the Emergency Department before the move to Informatics. Ancestral Health enthusiast. Have attended since the symposium at Harvard. Enjoy the people. Special interests in diet, especially low carb/ketogenic diets and implications for maintaining a ketogenic lifestyle long term. I have struggled with weight my whole life and Low Carb is the only method I've been able to employ to lose and maintain weight loss. I have met and made friends with a number of folks over the years and look forward to refreshing those friendships and making new ones. And it is a great way to add diverse education units for my professional improvement.
